I only wanted a trial membership. Why am I still being charged?
All memberships transfer from trial to monthly automatically unless they are canceled within the trial period. Some credit card companies and banking institutions post a preauthorized payment for trial memberships. This preauthorized payment, will “clear” if you cancel within the listed time frame.
